Q) How do I take advantage of Free Shipping?

A) For orders with a total value of $100 and above, we offer free shipping. However, some heavy products may not be eligible for free shipping.

It's important to note that Free Shipping is only available for physical addresses within the continental U.S., excluding post office boxes, HI, AK, VI, PR, APO/FPO addresses, and outside the U.S.

Q) Which products qualify for free shipping?

A) To take advantage of Free Standard Shipping, make sure the products you want to order are noted as "Free Shipping." Please note that shipping charges will apply to all other products. Your order must only contain Free Shipping Eligible Products to qualify for Free Shipping. Adding Non-Free Shipping Products may result in additional shipping charges.

4. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS) and use your tracking number to start a claim.

Please note that carriers may mistakenly scan packages as "Delivered" even if they are still in transit. This can be frustrating, but it's possible that your package will arrive within 3 days of the incorrect scan.

Q) How can I arrange for the re-shipment of my package that was returned to the sender by the carrier due to my absence, inability to sign for the package, or an insufficient address?

A) If the package is shipped through USPS, UPS and a signature is required but not obtained, the USPS, UPS will usually inform you once your package has been delivered. If the package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will not be responsible for any re-shipping fees should you request the package to be resent.
