Company Policy

Purchase Agreement

When you accept the delivery of any product ordered from ibarber.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are considered the sole terms governing the sales transaction between you (the "Customer") and BarberSalon.com. Any attempt by the Customer to modify, supplement, alter or amend these terms and conditions will be deemed a significant modification of the agreement and will be null and void. Furthermore, ibarber.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice. Therefore, it is advised that you carefully review these terms and conditions every time you place an order or receive goods from ibabrer.com.

Note to International Customers

• Shipping to the United Kingdom is not available.
• International shipping is not available for any Andis products. They can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
• International shipping is not available for any replacement batteries. They can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

General Return Policy

ibarber.com offers a 30-day return policy for most items purchased (in addition to any applicable manufacturer warranty).

Our policy allows for returns on eligible products with no exchanges. We do not sell refurbished or used products, so there is a minimum 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise to cover the cost of returning the product to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After the restocking fee is applied, any remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

If a customer refuses to accept their package or if the package is returned due to a failed delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover return shipping costs.

In case a product is deemed ineligible for return, the customer will be given the option to have the item(s) returned to them at their own expense. Alternatively, the ineligible item(s) will be disposed of automatically after 30 days of receipt.

We will only cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if we made an error with the order. 

Please send an email to info@ibarber.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA#.

For customers who want to exchange merchandise within 30 calendar days, we can issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Please note that you are required to report any missing or damaged items from your shipment within 10 days of receiving your package.

We provide free return shipping labels only for defective items, items that were sent incorrectly, or damaged items.

Eligible Products for Return:

• Must be in their original factory condition and packaging.
• Should be free from any odors, as any odors on the product will make it ineligible for return.

We cannot accept returns for the following products:

• Items that are for sanitary reasons, such as face masks, face shields, straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, blades, chemicals, aerosols, capes, jackets, vests, caps, etc., unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect.
• Discontinued items, accessories, liquids, batteries, clipper parts and tools, special order items, and wholesale orders.
• All clearance items, pre-order items, buy 1 get 1 free items, and combo deal items.

Out of stock (Backorder) Items

We will cancel the order and provide a refund for the item(s). Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for items that are out of stock.

• Pre-paid company check, cashier's check or money order (Note: Pre-paid methods, including cashier's checks, take slightly longer to process because all payments must first clear with the bank due to the risk of fraudulent checks.)
• We Do Not Take Fax Or C.O.D. Orders.

Lost or Stolen Package

ibarber.com cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is not delivered due to a lost package or if a signature is required but not obtained. Customers are advised to track their packages and ensure signature requirements are met. Customers may schedule delivery times with the carrier at their own expense. By placing an order on ibarber.com, customers agree to these terms and forfeit the right to dispute any delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable shipment due to natural causes or delivery issues unless ibarber.com is at fault. However, ibarber.com will assist customers in resolving any missing package cases to the best of their ability.

Wrong Item

• If you received the wrong item please notify us within 10 business days of receiving the item(s) so we can investigate the issue. To help us verify that you received the wrong item, we require you to take a picture of it and email it to one of our customer care representatives. If we confirm that you received the wrong item, we will email you a pre-paid UPS return label so you can send the item back to us.
• Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship out the correct item to you.
• If you prefer a refund, we will refund your payment once we receive and inspect the item.
• If we do not receive the wrong item within 30 calendar days of your initial contact with us, we will cancel the UPS return label and return the wrong item to you.

Cancelling an Order

ibarber.com processes orders electronically, meaning that your order may be processed as soon as you click 'complete purchase'. However, we will do our best to halt the processing of your order if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order during business hours, please email us immediately at info@ibarber.com with the subject 'Cancel Order#' and we will confirm whether or not it has been shipped. If it has not been shipped, you will be issued a refund. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our returns for refund policy.

Warranties; All Product Sold "AS-IS" or "With All Faults"

IBARBER.COM IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY IBARBER.COM ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY IBARBER.COM. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). IBARBER.COM ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. IBARBER.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. IBARBER.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Limitation of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IBARBER.COM 'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. IBARBER.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. IBARBER.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT IBARBER.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Product Listing Policy

ibarber.com strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Web site. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, ibarber.com shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other Web sites from ibarber.com are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. ibarber.com does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other Web sites.
